Job Description : The Industrial Maintenance Specialist at TCH Industries is responsible for maintaining and repairing the machinery and equipment used in our production processes.

Additionally, the Specialist will perform janitorial duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Job Duties :
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, including but not limited to hydraulic presses, hose assembly equipment, and fluid transfer systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems to restore functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and TCH Industries' policies.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance maintenance processes and operational efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machinery performance and reduce maintenance costs.
- Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining common areas, restrooms, and workspaces to ensure a clean and safe environment for all employees.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
