TDB Communications, Inc. is seeking full-time on-site Call Center Operations Manager to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina. Since 1999, our employees have been entrusted with helping the business of government work better for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Call Center Operations Manager to help us meet and exceed our client's expectations.
The Call Center Operations Manager will work directly with the Project Manager assisting and managing all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within contract/client requirements. The work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. They will also interact directly with the client to ensure a full understanding of the client's needs and expectations.
Site hours of operations are 24/7 365 days.
Pay and Benefits:
Base Rate: $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.

Duties
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities.
- Create and set the tone for a positive team environmentandmaximize efficiency.

- Ensure work is completed in an appropriate period.
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for leadership to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
- Creating spreadsheets and presentations.
- Creating Microsoft Planner tasks/Action Items and tracking progress for all action items/tasks.
- Entering and updating project, employee, and client documents.
- Coordinating needed supplies/technology based on Operation Leadership direction.
- Completing deliverables in a timely manner.
- Maintaining, tracking, and replacing office equipment/hardware.
- Reviewing and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintaining open, positive, and direct communication.
- Responding to communication (Teams, email, text) from the Operation Leadership real-time.
- Copying operations leadership on all email communication.
- Notifying Operations leadership prior to being unavailable during the day.
- Submit your timecard daily.
- Adhere to work schedule agreed upon with Operations Leadership.
- Communicate workload challenges to Operations Leadership.
- Communicate staff issues and disputes with Operations Leadership.
- Adhere to internal company policies and procedures.
- Attending all meetings in person/virtual on time.
Education and Qualifications:
- 5 years of Operation Manager experience plus 1-2 years of PM experience (Call center strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Uses good judgment, ability to make independent decisions and proactively problem solve as required.
- Must be organized and have strong time management skills.
- May be required to work off-shift, and occasional travel to customer and other client sites.
- Experience with, or knowledge of, the Medicare Program and health insurance industry preferred.
- Must have PC skills (Microsoft Office) with an emphasis on Excel.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Maintain schedule flexibility due to business needs; anticipate assigned shift changes at any time.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Bilingual is preferred, not required.
