Immediately seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant.
Attention to detail, organization and the ability to multitask is key to being successful in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process / close all parts receivers.
  • Run end of month for all open purchase orders every 2nd of the month
  • Check inventory in warehouse when needed.
  • Coding of all parts invoices
  • Posting of invoices into payable system
  • Assist in reconciliation
  • Communicating / reconciling disputed Parts / Freight invoices with Parts department and Vendors
  • Assist co-workers in locating invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading.
  • Back up to receptionist, covering breaks, lunches, and opening/closing as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Full time hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with pay starting at $20-$22/HR depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of finance or accounting experience
  • Must be proficient managing a multiline phone system.
  • Background will be viewed.
  • Drug free environment
