What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP/Payroll Specialist position at TDL Staffing?
Immediate position available for an Excel savvy -experienced and detail-oriented A/P-Payroll Specialist.
Excellent communication, strong organization and time management skills are required to be successful in this position.
Applicants should possess working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices. A degree in accounting, business or related field is preferred.
Previous experience with Accounts Payable and Payroll is required. Experience with construction or utility works is highly preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
A/P
- Enter and pay invoices
- Balance statements
- Prep of 1099
- Job cost accounting
Payroll
- Process timecards
- Breakdown to departments
- Prepare Payroll
This is a full-time position with pay starting $23-$28/HR Depending on experience. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher
- VERY proficient with Excel
- Previous accounting/payroll software experience
- Background will be reviewed
- Drug free workplace
