What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Technician position at TDNYC?
We are a technology solutions provider headquartered in Secaucus, NJ. We're currently looking for a helpdesk technician to work with new and existing customers to implement and maintain solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Work helpdesk tickets for customers
- Work with project management team to implement new Installations
- Work in groups or pairs with other technicians to complete tasks
- Advise and train other technicians
- Communicate with the office on tasks in the field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
