**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of materials through the production cycle. They determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules, initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop the schedule to be used in the production facility based on forecasts and historical analysis.
**Responsibilities**
• Drive organizational transformations towards end-to-end supply chain responsibilities
• Identify performance issues and drive performance improvements with the team to reach agreed targets
• Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects
• Evaluate, optimize, and be accountable for master data input into SAP
• Monitor plant load, identify capacity shortages, and drive capacity extension
• Promote a culture that reflects company values, encourages outstanding performance, and promotes a positive work environment
• Provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate project status and key metrics to management and stakeholders
**Requirements**
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain optimization and planning in a comparable environment
• Proven experience in organizational transformation, team leadership, and team development
• Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results
• Wide range of planning experience (Capacity planning, supply planning, fine scheduling)
• Working experience with supply chain planning systems and SAP ERP system
• Strong supply chain knowledge, manufacturing background, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point) skills
