Utilize your expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other advertising platforms to execute strategic digital marketing plans- Develop a paid media plan that analyzes & connects audience segments to products and lines of service across advertising platforms
- Build out PPC plans that leverage keyword structures and bidding strategies to achieve goals
- Optimize ongoing plans based on platform data and website conversion metrics
- Analyze, measure, & build reports for ongoing and completed strategic plans
- Present your data findings, results, and recommendations to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising

We seek a Pay-per-click (PPC) Specialist to plan, create, execute, and report on paid media programs designed to capture customer leads. If you enjoy working with faith-based businesses, analyzing and building reports for PPC advertising, consider joining our digital marketing team as a Pay-Per-Click Specialist.
Our Ideal PPC Specialist:
- Experienced: 1-3 years managing PPC programs professionally, ideally in an agency setting for multiple clients. Strong skills with spreadsheets and building formulas. An understanding of Google Analytics and event-based analytics. Experience with SEO and e-commerce Marketing through channels like Amazon or Google Shopping is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Mastery of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms; proficiency with Meta & LinkedIn advertising.
- Analytical: The ability to look at website analytics, think strategically, present data findings, and share recommended PPC plans to propel clients toward their goals.
- Relational: Able to collaborate with various people within the company and with customers – enjoys being part of a creative team and exchanging ideas and information.
- Active Listener: An excellent listener for our clients to clearly understand their needs. Someone who asks good questions.
- Desire to Learn: A continuous improvement mindset paired with expertise in digital marketing advertising and an appreciation for the Plain Community and its values.
