SummaryProvides data-based business insights to capture opportunities and solve business problems utilizing database and customer information. This is achieved through analysis, modeling, and statistics. Ability to summarize analysis results/learning's in a clear and concise matter. Able to develop proformas and post analysis of all marketing and sales programs at the store, district and division level using sales data and media spend, building analytical tools to calculate ROAS on all advertising spend. The Senior Marketing Analyst will play a vital role in developing and executing Team Car Care/Jiffy Lube marketing strategies and programs. As a key partner to the CMO and Marketing Team members, this individual will have a direct impact on our business success. Marketing at TCC is the bridge between consumer demand for our services and a paying Guest. We are a key driver of our business, but nothing happens until it happens in retail! Our job is to demonstrate how Jiffy Lube is the best solution for our Guests' auto maintenance needs so they select us when they need it. When we do this successfully, we drive Guests into our stores, where our service center Teammates create loyal fans and profitable transactions. Things happen quickly at Team Car Care since we're in a fast-moving retail environment. To succeed here you'll need to combine natural curiosity to understand business and consumer dynamics with sharp organizational skills, to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines simultaneously. To get stuff done here you need to be an enthusiastic team player, a self-starter who can work cross-functionally, taking responsibility for driving our business, while working with the Jiffy Lube brand teams to leverage all their available resources and inspire them to create new ones.Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities Includes*40% analytics to allocate marketing spend, e.g., media spend modeling, marketing ROAS/ROI, etc.*30% customer analysis, e.g., segmentation, product mix, customer profiling, and CAC/LTV analysis to target customers for conversion and retention to help grow the business*30% ad-hoc/other, e.g., A-B testing, market testing, sales initiatives, etc.Qualifications
Basic Qualifications*Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, consulting, or similar fields.*Advanced Excel modeling skills as well as ability to query large databases using SQL*Ability to connect the dots to tell a story leading to actionable insights using statistics and data Preferred Qualification *Growth marketing analytics for consumer products and services (B2C), including retail, services, etc.*Experience measuring marketing campaigns using ROAS to improve spend efficiency*Excellent communication and presentation skills working with multiple levels of management*Ability to build and manage complex models with limited resources and time*Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and a strong work ethic based on a desire to exceed expectations*Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a sharp focus on qualityRemote Sr. Sales Manager | WFH
