Office Manager
Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid)

We are looking for an energetic and polished individual to assist with our employee and client experience. As our Office Manager, you will:
- Maintain and enhance the overall flow and happiness of the office
- Plan and oversee team-building and social events for the firm and individual departments
- Plan and facilitate weekly staff meetings
- Coordinate benefits for employees and oversee open enrollment process
- Participate in the recruiting and hiring process - resume reviews, phone screenings, and new hire onboarding
- Provide administrative support to all departments, including Compliance and Client Service
- Greet clients and prepare conference rooms for meetings
- Communicate needs to building management
- Keep supplies and groceries well-stocked

- You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2 years previous administrative or client service experience.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Added bonus if you are familiar with Rippling, Empower, Bonusly or JazzHR.
