Job Summary:

Team ITS, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Duties:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform general ledger, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports
- Conduct technical accounting research
- Process journal entries
- Utilize knowledge of accounting principles
- Utilize skills for data entry
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks
- Perform customer billing and processing of invoices and payments
- Track and complete monthly bill payments

Experience:

- Proven experience in financial concepts and accounting principles
- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and technical accounting
- Strong understanding of account management and journal entries
-Quickbooks experience preferred
