Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company.
Recruiter Job Duties:
· Answer multi-line phone system.
· Help manage flow of the front office - heavy foot traffic.
· Check employees in for work and enter it into the system.
· Assist new applicants with their online application.
· Recruits, interviews, screens, and places qualified candidates matching customer’s need and qualification requirements.
· Conduct new hire orientations – I9s, W4s, direct deposit/paycard, discuss health insurance, safety paperwork and videos, background forms, drug screens and other pre-employment screens.
· Has a clear understanding of employee benefits and is able to communicate benefit information to employees.
· Scan and file new hire documents into system and send to appropriate parties when necessary.
· Create copies of client packets to incorporate into orientations.
· Filing employee documents.
· Make flyers for job advertisements.
· An expert at posting job openings and recruiting from on-line job boards.
· Familiar with all aspects of social media and social media recruiting.
· Has the ability to learn customers’ business, discover customers’ needs and provide exceptional service.
· Participates in local business associations and networking events to increase the Company’s presence in the local business community.
· Interfaces with all levels of management and effectively engages in presentations and communications.
· Works in a team environment and independently.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
· Proven expertise problem solving and successful conclusions in fast paced environments.
· Thrives in a high energy environment and multi-tasking opportunities.
· Proven record of consistently achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
· Experienced in conflict resolution and effective problem solving.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Qualifications:
· Associate degree preferred
· Exceptional oral, written, communication and presentation skills.
· Must have extensive customer service experience.
· Information and technology proficient.
· Possess industry and job-specific expertise.
· Must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and reliable transportation.
