What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Manager position at Team Store?
The Warehouse Logistics Manager is responsible for building and maintaining efficient operations of the warehouse for the Utah Jazz Team Store. This person will develop and follow processes for an organized warehouse and accurate inventory records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive all product for the Utah Jazz Team Store
- Build and organize the physical layout of the warehouse
- Prepare order fulfillment reports for store operations
- Planning for new product launch
- Receive incoming product and new orders
- Accurately create and print FedEx labels
- Pick and pull products for orders placed on the website
- Package and ship ecommerce orders placed by customers
- Deliver orders and packages to the mail drop or FedEx on time
- Manage accurate product inventory by using cycle counts or physical inventory
- Assist with customer services needs by responding to emails and calls
- Ensure accurate merchandise inventory records
- Assist preparation for physical inventory counts
- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude
- Contribute to an orderly and safe work environment
- Perform projects and assignments with a sense of urgency.
- Be a good teammate, contribute positively to a winning culture, and be respectful.
- Demonstrate world-class customer service and if you don’t directly interact with the customer, support those that do.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- Relevant math and reading skills
- Big Commerce experience preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred

- Moderate levels of stress may be associated with this position
- This person must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
