This is a full-time perm position in the office Monday through Friday.
The work location is in Galesburg, IL

Salary $45,000 - $50,000
What You'll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and upgrade various desktop applications including Microsoft and Adobe products.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.
- Support network configurations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Participate in the deployment of IT solutions using Windows Deployment Services.
- Provide guidance and support to users, ensuring optimal operation of all desktop computing resources.

- Be able to do the job as described.
- Proficient in various software and hardware, including MACs and VOIP systems.
- Able to conduct detailed research into PC issues and deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information.
