About the Role
- You are an inbound marketing expert who knows how to thoughtfully and strategically design programs that drive pipeline.
- Participate in the go-to-market digital strategy planning, implementation, and measurement
- Create, manage, and optimize targeted paid search, social, retargeting and display campaigns on channels like Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram in collaboration with our digital agency
- Develop the SEO strategy, optimizing our site to drive organic traffic and conversions, and providing content marketing with key insights for content strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns and the digital distribution strategy, leveraging tools like Implement marketing automation campaigns to capture, measure, and nurture leads
- Assist in Director of Demand Generation in the day-to-day relationships with digital marketing agency and marketing operations agency
- You are data driven and can track, measure, and report on key digital metrics and optimize future campaigns and the overall marketing funnel based on key learnings
Common qualifications include:
- 2-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment
- 1-2 years of experience building, managing and optimizing targeted paid acquisition campaigns in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads
- 1-2 years implementing SEO tactics
- 1 years of experience with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift, 6sense, ABM or A/B testing tools a plus
- Extremely effective and organized, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in conversion rate optimization across ads, websites and landing pages
- Proven project management skills with strong analytical, organizational, communication and collaboration skills
