Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation and client prospecting. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the assigned territory.


Responsibilities:

  • New Client Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Sales Revenue Growth: Educate and sell company services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through various networking strategies.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct regular cold calling to reach sales targets and appointment goals each week.
  • Research and Development: Research and develop new sales areas to target and stay informed about industry trends to create new opportunities for sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruiting team to understand candidate pools and assist in skill marketing candidates to prospects and current clients.
  • Utilize Sales Tools: Use tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to create target/prospect lists and gather contact information for prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, including a minimum of 125 touches per week (phone, email, drop-in), 8-10 face-to-face appointments per week, and 3 new billing contracts per month.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using sales tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to leverage this information to create new sales opportunities.
