What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Data Entry position at Teams NYC?
Looking to hire a customer service representative who is also capable to do data entry for a manufacturer and distributor of hygiene solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond daily and promptly to inbound calls and emails
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Accurately process product orders from customers and sales representatives in a timely fashion
- Ensure data entry is completed for order processing
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous work experience
- Display excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Must pay great attention tho detail and be able to handle a high volume and fast paced work environment
- Superior computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Highly dependable and organised.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
