Job Role: Service Now Developer
Location: Plano, TX (Only Locals)
Duration: Contact & Full Time

MUST HAVE:
· Need 10 Years of Experience (Must)
· Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
· Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
· Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow System software.
· Develop enhancements for applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:
· Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field and 3 years of relevant experience
· Knowledge of CMDB Implementation
· Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.)
· Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
· Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
· Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5
· Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
· Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:
· Experience with the Big 4 or consulting
· Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies
· Certification as a Certified Implementation Specialist
· Certified Application Developer
