Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems, such as Paylocity, or Paycor.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and employee development programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the implementation of change management initiatives within the organization
Requirements:
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience with HRIS systems Paylocity preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
