Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas.
- Assist with food inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Set up and break down banquet or catering events as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of meals.
Skills:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
