BASIC JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter will research, develop, source, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a pool of qualified and diverse talent for the organization. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and sourcing strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Creates ads and manages the posting of all job openings
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for management referral
- Organizes and conducts interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborates with hiring managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, discussing salary, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Manages the pre-employment testing and background checks process
- Develops a pipeline of candidates for openings
- Assist the HR Director in developing and updating of job descriptions
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting events
Education/Experience – High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience or human resources experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Proficient in MS Office software is required. Experience with UKG or Kronos software is preferred. Proficient knowledge of legislation and regulations in employment practices and human resources. Must have strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written. A high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation is expected.
Salary : $46,200 - $58,500
