We are seeking a mid to large-size corporate-level experienced Human Resources personnel to join our administrative support staff. We need a passionate person who cares about the people within the organization as much as they care for the organization itself. The HR representative will be responsible for all HR procedures including onboarding, benefits, administration, terminations, etc. This person will also handle company event planning, coordination, and all employee engagement activities. We are looking for someone with a “can do, will do” attitude. This person will be a part of the team that ensures all the processes run smoothly and overcome obstacles as they arise.
- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant federal, state, and local laws for all positions.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Compliance and Knowledge of HR standards of practice.
- Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis.
- Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts.
- Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Proven experience working with business leaders and end-users to understand business and user needs and developing system and process strategies to address the needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others.
- Researches, reviews, maintains and renews company benefit packages.
- Strong demonstration of high ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinates company events with activity arrangements.
- Legally entitled to work in the U.S. for now and future.
- BA or BS in Business or related major.
- Must be fluent in Korean and English.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in 2 years in Corporate Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills)
- Strong attention to detail and follows through.
- Reliable with self-motivated, good, positive, and energetic working ethics.
