Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters across multiple locations.
- Source, interview, and hire top talent across diverse tech disciplines (mobile, cloud, cybersecurity, data science).
- Be an expert in the latest sourcing strategies and tools (job boards, social media, networking).
- Understand the salary requirements of prospective candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
- Demonstrate knowledge in HR practices and employment law as they pertain to recruiting.
- Champion Tech Consulting's employer brand and attract A-player candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Staffing companies
- At least 5 years of managing high volume recruitment teams
- Must have experience hiring technical roles
- Bachelors degree
- Proven track record of building, leading and managing successful recruiting teams.
- Deep understanding of social media recruiting and creative sourcing techniques.
- Passion for attracting top talent and exceptional communication skills.
- Aggressive and passionate about recruiting
- Experience in the IT landscape and a love for all things tech!
