Tech Firefly is teaming up with an AI and Deep Learning company based in Silicon Valley to hire a NetSuite Administrator.
5 days per week on-site in office in San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure NetSuite to support business processes, workflows, and user roles.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on NetSuite functionality, ensuring optimal utilization of the system.
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance NetSuite functionality.
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Oversee data migration, import, and cleanup activities to maintain data integrity within NetSuite.
- Implement and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure the security of sensitive data.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates and releases, and plan and execute system upgrades as needed.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, working closely with technical support when necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to NetSuite.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including system configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and financial modules within NetSuite.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for customization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
