Digital Marketing Producer (Engagement Manager)

**The Digital Marketing Producer is a take-control problem solver, highly organized, and very detail oriented. They understand the marketing ecosystem and how small initiatives come together to fit into this larger strategy while executing with agility. This role coordinates with multiple parties both internally as well as outside the company in order to see a project to completion. The Digital Marketing Producer has the ability and confidence to work directly with product owners, marketing and brand team, partners, presenting innovative ideas, new approaches and potential solutions to every project.
The right candidate has the skills to comfortably jump into strategic development and overseeing flawless execution. We’re looking for a problem solver with a deep appreciation for the impact marketing has both for clients and the consumers who use them on a daily basis. Along with managing projects and programs, this Techno-Business Role will act as a trusted consultant in optimizing client marketing programs and initiatives for improved ROI and quick GTM objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the development, maintenance and execution of project plans for major pharma brands throughout project lifecycle for various channels including websites, apps, digital sales aids, paid social, landing pages, CRM and other digital deliverables for performance marketing campaigns and communications.
· Identify, prioritize, and monitor task progress across team members and decisively resolve priorities, timing, risks, and task importance.
- Partner with clients to understand brand strategy, messaging, & creative vision.
- Manage external development teams and consult on priorities across business(owners, brand, marketing) teams, agency/partner teams and IT teams.
- Work closely with project team members to propose digital solutions for clients’ anticipated needs.
- Manage website CMS migrations on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring Time, Budget, and Quality (relay business requirements, manage procurement process for build/assembly agencies, coordinate project delivery and reporting).
- Client liaison for all assigned work that is being created, produced and completed.
- Demonstrate balance of risk management and expedient decision making
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust for client projects.
Qualifications:
- Preferable to have 3 years of digital technology and marketing experience.
- Good understanding of Pharmaceutical HCP and/or HCC marketing: Marketing Communications, Marketing Technologies, CRM, CMS - Drupal, Adobe AEM, Web / Mobile technologies, digital asset management, social media, customer experience discipline in similar capacity and engagements.
- Experience in Veeva platform - Veeva PromoMats, Approved Email, Veeva Engage, CRM & CLM
- Hands on experience working with Google Marketing Platform (Doubleclick) and other 3rd party ad serving platforms, Veeva CRM & CLM and digital sales aids, QA & trafficking processes and experience troubleshooting directly with local Publisher teams.
- Ability to manage a high volume of digital types of projects in parallel with a meticulous attention to detail.
- · A proven history of architecting and /or delivering high quality projects on time and within budget guidelines on Technology and Business options
- Persistent attention to detail, while maintaining overall understanding of projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing external Pharma and internal clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
