What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow CSM Systems Admin (REMOTE) position at TechAffinity Inc?
Job Description
Potential Assignments are:
- Provide ServiceNow CSM best practices in support of the development and revamp of existing OpenCity forms. These updates will include developing workflows/flows to support improved and automated processes.
- Implement fulfiller UI improvements to support those with very focused needs and interactions with a streamlined interface to do the work they are tasked with doing.
- Provide best practices to support development of a unified communication strategy and implementation related to OpenCity Requests for both internal conversations for a team and communications out to the client
- Implement a simplified process for handling data responsive to requests including simple file management related to a request, review of linked data to a request at task level, and support of large data files and data that may be responsive to multiple requests.
- Enhance/implement updates to the consumer model and the OpenCity portal to support organizational accounts or linked accounts. This should allow an owner of that account to create/authorize other sub-accounts and be able to control what visibility members of that account have to their orgs requests
Work Environment:
- Remote.
- Approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the services
