What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a driven candidate who thrives on challenges, collaborates effectively across multiple teams, and is passionate about developing their marketing skills. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a central role in our growth, contributing to our European marketing efforts with a focus on Social Media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns
- Optimise sales team LinkedIn profiles and oversee Sales Navigator outreach
- Collaborate with Sales to create targeted marketing campaigns
- Produce engaging content for campaigns in collaboration with the Content and Campaigns Manager
- Report on performance metrics, handover leads and campaign details to the Lead Generation team, and input into monthly reports
- Contribute to strategic marketing plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and monitor competitor activities
- Assist in organising industry events, exhibitions, and shows
Required Skills & Personal Qualities:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on social media and digital marketing
- Marketing or Business degree is desirable
- Proven ability in a commercial environment
- Enthusiastic to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- SEO and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience are advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
