Overview
To assist the Department of Justice ATR Information Systems Support Group (ISSG) in maintaining and maturing operations to keep ATR’s information system (IS) infrastructure always available and fully operational, not only during traditional day‐to‐day activities, but also during COOP events.
Responsibilities
- Manages, plans, directs, and monitors ATR information system operations.
- Plans and recommends modifications to current environment.
- Manages life cycle management of network equipment, servers, and systems on premises, in the cloud environment, and at COOP site.
- Oversees daily activities of the operations team to ensure work is scheduled and completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborates with Engineering team for projects moving from engineering to operations.
Qualifications
- Must meet the following Residency Requirement: For three of the five years immediately prior to applying for a position, you must have: 1) Resided in the United States; 2) Worked for the United States overseas in a Federal or Military capacity; or 3) Be a dependent of a Federal or Military Employee serving overseas
- United States citizenship required.
