Job Description
  • 60% Travel (IL, MO, KS, WI, IA, MN)
  • Analyze your region from a sales growth perspective using our business intelligence, customer data, regional intelligence, and historical data.
  • Build strategy for the region and set smart goals for the team to best achieve targets.
  • Develop Sales Team and Selling Strategy through Regional Ridealongs 2-3 days a week
  • Participate in leadership development and training opportunities
  • Grow your team's competencies and earning potential by using the 4-tier career path.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to build corporate programs and strategies that apply to your region's success.
  • Share what you have learned with your team so they can grow too!
  • Lead and develop your sales territory team meeting them where they are as skilled and competent sales professionals;
  • Support your team by understanding their objectives and participating in their success.
  • Know your customers and know what they need to be successful using Techo-Bloc products and resources;
  • Identify concerns and present solutions unique to your region and goals.
  • Ensure Techo - Bloc's brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels;
  • Ensure that all deliverables are available to your network and to the highest standard in terms of visual appearance, branding requirements, design specs, and user experience best practices;
  • Document and review daily activities using our CRM so that we can use our BI to help you build the regions sales base and close deals;
  • Develop activities & communicate Product Knowledge giving our dealer partners support in growing their success too!;
  • Enable and train the team at the dealers team giving them the tools and resources to “sell” for you!;
  • Demonstrate expertise in CRM, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint;
  • Research, identify, exchange, and share excellent product placement examples on Social Media and stay connected;
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining the reputation of the company as a sales leader.

Qualifications
  • Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
  • Post Secondary Education;
  • Strategically minded with a solution-focused attitude.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership with creative application custom to customers and team members.
  • Organized and data-driven
  • 4 years leading and managing a team of direct reports
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network;
  • Expert at outside-the-box thinking and solution-solving within the guidelines of the company policies creating wins for both the company and the Customer;
  • Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events;
