- Strong Banking, Financial and Insurance domain experience
- Pre-sales experience farming existing accounts and hunting new logos.
- Extrovert with good interpersonal, presentation and skills to develop client relationships.Prior experience working with large Banks
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
- Experience of selling Infrastructure deals to Banking & Financial business
- Experienced within the Infrastructure Outsourcing / Managed services industry
- Significant knowledge of Infrastructure Outsourcing
- Commercial awareness – ability to quickly understand the client’s business case and price drivers
- Experience as leader working with a global delivery model and working with geographically dispersed and virtual solution teams
- Ability to engage with clients and present to C level / IT Director Audiences with prior experience working in the banking secto
1. Planning of sales strategies and business growth, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the Banking & Financial business
2. Drive infrastructure service offerings and capabilities into specific BFSI verticals and target accounts to drive revenue growth
3. Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into BFSI client business and vertical.
4. Preparation of presentations about the BFSI specific services/products with all their values in coordination with the COE/Practice and wider sales teams
5. Creation of GTM plan for the identified demands and pipeline
6. Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like Innovation, Tech shows or customer workshops.
7. Proactive engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective services that are aligned with the BFSI & customer demands.
8. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's. Working closely with wider Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
9. Own the solution proposition and delivery approach that will meet client’s requirements
10. Present the proposal/solutions to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130.00 - $160.00 per year
