TechTarget is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with a passion for product marketing and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You will play a key role responsible for supporting our customers, our internal customer success and sales teams and our product marketing managers. Primary Responsibilities:
- Regularly produce and maintain content for our Knowledge Base documentation site to help customers understand how to successfully use our products;
- Manage and track content inventory and the content development schedule;
- Help produce, manage and edit our customer newsletter;
- Responsible for content management and distribution;
- Record and edit video walkthroughs of product features and updates;
- Manage and maintain our customer training platform;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote and distribute product marketing content via the appropriate channels;
- Create presale product marketing materials, as needed; and
- Other duties as assigned.
About You:
- You’re an independent worker who can lead projects with multiple timelines from start to finish;
- You love multi-tasking and enjoy the freedom to work on different projects with different people;
- You’re detail oriented and super organized;
- You have a proven track record of product marketing success;
- You enjoy writing and excel at turning complicated concepts into simple statements;
- You’re curious and willing to roll up your sleeves to solve problems;
- You love to learn and have a real interest in technology; and
- You’re a positive person who loves to work with others, and they like to work with you.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven product marketing, marketing or sales experience, ideally in B2B tech;
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing;
- Strong written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams;
- Comfortable analyzing data to inform future decisions; and
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products (PowerPoint, Excel); Camtasia a plus.
