Marketing Manager

Job description:

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of generic injectable products including oversight of customer facing team support (i.e., advertising & promotion for sales teams), supply, order reviews and releases.
• Specific responsibilities include the following: Commercial lead for product sales forecasts (net sales and volumes), including monthly Joint Demand Review meetings and Monthly Sales Latest Outlook meetings Establish and manage monthly sales forecast allocations to customers (e.g., hard allocations, release to forecast etc.
• Regularly review orders and release for shipping as appropriate Chair weekly Gx Injectable backorder management call with Supply Chain Management, ESO and Commercial.
• Communicate updates on supply availability to Sales Advertising & Promotion budget management, including creating and approving purchase orders and invoices Management of external and internal service partners (e.g., advertising agency, printing services, marketing materials warehouse) Promotional material management Congress Planning An individual with strong project management experience plus commercial/marketing experience would be a good fit for this position.
• This position will be Hybrid – specific days at Sandoz Princeton site are set-up by discussion within team.

Skills:

• Minimum work experience – 5 years overall with at least three years in pharmaceuticals (can be with a manufacturer or marketing/advertising agency or other agency that provides commercial support to pharma). Ideally has experience with generic pharmaceuticals.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree – prefer in business or sciences
