We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to support our client based in West Palm Beach, FL
US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY.
This is an Onsite position. Candidates must be located in or near West Palm Beach, Florida.
The candidate must be able to work on-site at client's warehouse in West Palm Beach, Florida, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday -Friday.

The project
A minimum, the Contractor shall provide the following services:
- Our client based are looking for a IT Technical Support Vendor that can provide experienced technicians, at an hourly rate, to collect, troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble computers and Chromebooks.
- The vendor’s technicians must have experience and knowledge of Dell and HP computers and Chromebooks software, hardware, and operating systems. Our support Vendor must have excellent troubleshooting skills, detailed oriented, professional documentation skills, and world-class customer service skills.
Compensation and Term
This opportunity is for a full-time, 3 months contract position with possible extensions and pay commensurate with experience up to $30/hour or $62,400 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire.
Qualifications you need -
A successful IT Help Desk Technician candidate possesses 3 to 4 years of experience in below mentioned skills-
- Troubleshoot and evaluate devices deemed “beyond affordable repair” at the McKesson warehouse and schools' sites
- Check computer hardware (SSD, Screens, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes in the District’s eSupport system.
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
