Motorcycle Sales

Duties and Responsibilites

• Welcome guests and riders into the dealership
• Narrow down the selection of motorcycle with the customer to the one that most fits their needs
• Closing your customer on down payment & monthly payment on the sales floor
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales
• Follow up daily with customers via phone calls, text & email
• Attend daily training sessions set forth by the Sales Manager
• Sell the fun of owning & riding a motorcycle
• Follow process & procedures to complete all paperwork accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Make introductions to other departments with your customers
• Collaborate with sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets
• Utilize CRM to log all customers encountered on the sales floor

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in motorcycle sales
• Passion and knowledge for Harley-Davidson, Can-AM and Honda motorcycles
• Applicable experience in "Big Ticket" retail sales
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Approachable, likeable and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to relate to a broad customer base
• High-Energy Personality
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for the sport of motorcycling and the lifestyle
• Proficiency in customer follow up calling techniques and lead generation strategies
• Valid drivers license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
