Teel is searching for an HR Coordinator to be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resources department. Primary Functions and Duties:· Assist department with recruitment, onboarding, record retention, benefits enrollment and administrative support for the department.· Completes new hire paperwork, prepares new hire folders.· Creates content for communication systems. · Establish a relationship with supervisors and managers.· Support all employee recognition and appreciation programs and activities.· Completes monthly HR reports and weekly labor and metric reporting.· Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events and maintains agendas. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. Prefer 2 years in Administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Problem solving skills.Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
