As a Settlements Officer, you will assist in the day-to-day processing of operational transactions for Ticketek.

About the Role

• Preparation and processing of event settlements (accounts payable), rebates and customer refunds
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients.
• Identify ways to streamline processes to maximise efficiency
• Other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required

About You

• Have prior experience in an accounts payable, accounts receivable or other transactional finance role
• Attention to detail
• Have the ability to problem solve and seek out more efficient ways of working
• Have well developed time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines 
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
