The Puller will play a crucial role in supporting our field service operations and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Pull materials and equipment necessary for network installations, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Assist in the installation of cabling systems, including Ethernet and telephone lines.
- Utilize hand tools effectively to prepare equipment for deployment.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of network components, including Cisco routers and other electrical devices.
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety during operations.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies while performing duties on-site.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of network installation processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience with Cisco routers and Ethernet cabling is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in installation tasks.
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a field service role is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
