Business Development Manager, Microsoft
Microsoft is a $143bn dollar in revenue organization with over $2.3 trillion dollars in market cap. It’s a customer who has perennially been within TEKsystems top 10 accounts—and is one which is very well supported by service’s minded account managers and a strong international team.
Microsoft wants Suppliers who can take on outsourced work for 3 year contracts. If you are the person who wants to hunt $5, $10, $15 million contracts—this is the right place for you.
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience selling large and scalable delivery programs and who also has experience selling and integrating international services into solutions. Microsoft is continuing to innovate around its 3 core business pillars: Intelligent Cloud, Personal Computing, and Productivity and Business Process. The ideal candidate also has shown strong capability in selling development-based services and cloud based services. A qualified candidate will have experience working across complex and global procurement and supply chains. He or she will have experience selling into lines of business and technical groups alike.
Microsoft has a high bar when it comes to its Suppliers—and you will be competing against the best companies and the best companies’ best people—this role is for the person who can find even the smallest advantage to win.
