Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist- Senior & Executive Level Recruiting is responsible for all steps associated with sourcing, networking with and delivering qualified candidates for varying internal positions throughout North America. Serves as main point of contact for regional, vertical and department leaders around hiring goals, business pipeline, market trends and predictive analytics specific to Senior Level roles.

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist must have the ability to develop strong communication channels with internal stakeholders and exemplify the core values of TEKsystems. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must be able to provide excellent customer service to external applicants and internal clients by showing initiative, follow up and the highest degree of professionalism. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with business leaders, developing tailored sourcing strategies to deliver a diversely represented pipeline of active senior level talent
  • Advise hiring managers and leaders on market trends, operational processes, and recruiting metrics and analytics
  • Create and maintain relevant reporting and data to support market strategy and forecasting hiring needs
  • Standup and maintain hiring process and structure for assigned roles.
  • Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through proactive offer management process providing sound rationale for offer terms required
  • Build a hiring pipeline for current needs and future openings throughout the year
  • Research and provide insight on competitors and peer organizations as well as participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
  • Maintain up-to-date intelligence of candidate market, industry staffing trends, and top sourcing channels.
  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting issues with transparency.
  • Responsible for regular training and communication to the field and corporate offices on staffing and hiring best practices.

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience recruiting Senior Level, longer term recruit positions.
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive and active talent from a variety of sources/ tools/ networks
  • Knowledge of leveraging tools like LinkedIn Analytics to advise hiring leaders on trends with talent they are looking to attract
  • As this position involves working on multiple positions at once, must be able to set up daily/ weekly plans and prioritize effectively.
  • On a virtual team, qualified candidates must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required as this role includes consistent communication to leaders, offices and other members of the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Upon qualifying a requirement and establishing an effective recruitment plan, the ability to effectively execute and communicate progress is necessary. This requires excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and be able to interact with all levels of employees including senior leadership.

 

Per Colorado Equal Pay Act: The total potential range for this position including base and bonus is $80,000 - $140,000
