Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Surveying CAD Technician. The Surveying CAD Technician will be responsible for drafting boundary, topographic, tree, title, design, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, condominium plats and easements utilizing Civil 3D.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Boundary, Tree, Topographic and Design Surveys.
- Ability to use surveying equipment and related technology
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and land surveys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background utilizing Civil 3D and Trimble software is preferred
