Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with autism and other behavioral disorders. The BCBA will perform assessments, provide parent education, and develop and implement behavior management plans. The BCBA will supervise and support the work of behavior therapists and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience in providing parent education and support
- Skills in Behavior Management and Design of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working with children with Autism
