Metro Nashville Public Schools is seeking a Grants Management Admin to support the management of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines for the administration of state and federal grants. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Grants Management Team and Federal Programs staff.

1. Collaborate with the Grants Management Team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines for grant management.2. Develop, communicate, and implement documentation standards to meet federal and state compliance requirements. Collect and manage compliance documentation from various sources, ensuring timely responses to compliance requests.3. Administer documentation related to monitoring, audit preparation, and grant administration to ensure compliance with requirements and standards. Continuously update and share knowledge across the department.4. Coordinate the archival collection and storage of compliance documents, maintaining records for five years after the final expense report submission for all grants and programs within the department.Specific Responsibilities:1. Oversee and review time and effort documentation for federally funded personnel, including semi-annual supervisor certification and assurance reports. Manage the distribution and correction process. Assist with annual state/federal comparability reporting and the oversight of state and federal monitoring visits.2. Assist in the development and execution of project plans within the department, including documentation, communication, project scheduling, and tracking measurements.3. Collect grant-funded expense transactions, such as requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and proof of payment, for audits, monitoring events, and reimbursement requests.
