We have a job opening for an IT Site Support Technician in Irvine, CA. The job responsibilities include providing on-site desktop support for all the hardware in the manufacturing plant, setting up, configuring, installing and maintaining end users' desktop computers and peripherals, providing technical support for production and office personnel on computers, phones, and printers, implementing and maintaining network servers, including active directory accounts, providing break/fix support for network, server, and end user devices, providing support for industrial printers, managing and tracking hardware inventory and e-waste, supporting Windows 10, mobile RF devices, and workstation PC, and performing other duties as required.
The essential skills required for this job are excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, the ability to make critical decisions in a timely manner, good communication and writing skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize numerous critical tasks, and the ability to cope with a demanding workload and fast-paced environment.
