Job Details
- Provide answers to internal or external questions, complaints or suggestions about a company's service or product.
- Provide specific information regarding the services, products or materials offered by a company.
- Answer phones, provide troubleshooting information.
- Works independently and with a team to follow up on payroll file inconsistencies.
- Research payroll data for accuracy.
- Test incoming payroll test file through Implementation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of data analysis experience
- 2 years of customer or sales support experience
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
