Description:
- Make and receive phone calls with agents and applicants
- Ensure new business files are in good order
- Data entry into the different computer systems for new business orders
- Respond to the needs and requests of clients and management staff in a professional and expedient manner
- Manage multiple email box accounts by updating files, and responding through emails
Skills & Qualifications:
- Accurately document all client information in the correct systems
- Strong computer skills, MS office skills
- Detail oriented
Pay:
$19.50
Shift:
Monday - Friday
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
