What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collection specialist position at TEKsystems?
Description :
- Contacting charged off customers by telephone or mail to collect to negotiate balance in full or make.
- Updating collection files and completes all necessary paperwork.
- Negotiating payment plans protecting the Bank's interest and completes decision-making process.
- Locating customers via skip tracing and Lexis / Nexis.
- Arranging for appropriate Bank and / or legal action based on account analysis as deemed by manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
