TEKsystems is searching for REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to start with a reputable Health Insurance Institution!
Job Description :
- Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Taking inbound calls from customers and members
- Verify eligibility for insurance coverages and review healthcare options
- Administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications :
- Problem solver : ability to find creative solutions to any and all inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Quick learner : ability become an expert regarding knowledge on company products, services, and offerings
- Adaptable : ability to be flexible through operational changes / program updates
- Good communicator : ability to provide well-rounded responses to questions, ability to elaborate on their understanding of policies and procedures, and ability to display professionalism and respect while doing so
- Must be able to provide reliable high speed internet (35mbps download speed or better)
Schedule : Must be available to work Monday - Saturday between 7 : 45am - 8 : 15pm EST
PLEASE NOTE : Candidates MUST be able to provide their own equipment (computer or laptop with camera) for first 3 weeks of training!
