Description :
We are looking for Bilingual (English & Spanish) Call Center Representatives to join our REMOTE team!
Shift : Must have availability between 9am-9pm EST, 7 days per week. (Training schedule will be Mon-Fri- 9am-5pm) This role begins ASAP!
Responsibilities Include :
- Place and field calls, chats, SMS or emails
- Communicate with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collect and record information in the CRM
- Provide contacts with approved information and, if appropriate, refer them to additional resources
- Follow script. Representatives are not permitted to deviate from the script or provide information that is not included in the script.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a health care environment or preferably in public health system is ideal or referral to this opportunity through a local non-profit agency or city / state workforce program
- 1 plus years experience working in a call center environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills required and ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Experience with Microsoft business applications and computers
