What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer care representative position at TEKsystems?
Description :
- Responsible for handling inbound calls from residential homeowners regarding mortgage questions
- Requirement is to solve the customers problem on a first call resolution
- Calls could be pertaining payments, address change, account password and resets, etc.
- Majority of the calls are 50 / 50 to make monthly payment or having basic questions and make outbound to customers that are due for this month and haven't made their payment
- Could also be calling with escrow questions ( payment went up and why?) and other mortgage specific questions (removing PMI, etc.)
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
MUST HAVE :
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 1 years of Contact Center experience required
- Need to have tenure in past positions ( ideally want 2 years at their jobs - this is a long-term role)
- Must be familiar with computers ( toggle screens, dual monitors, talking and speaking and general knowledge of MS Office)
- Someone who is comfortable asking someone for money and not getting nervous to do so
- Someone who is very customer service centric and puts the customer first (do not want someone that is only focus on a hard collect legal collections)
NICE TO HAVE :
Previous mortgage or servicing experience
