What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support position at TEKsystems?
*Description:*
30%: Remote troubleshooting end users O365 application issues
30%: Imaging laptops and machines via Intune
30%: Asset Tagging via their ticketing system for hardware shipping and receiving
10%: Assisting with MDM Support
This person will pay a pivotal role in this team to keep up with the 12 tickets a day that come through. This is a team of 4 people that supports all the end users in the organization. While this will be a level 1 position, this grow into a full time role with room to grow your career.
