What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event coordinator position at TEKsystems?
Will be traveling to schools, and giving presentation(s) regarding our Mission : "financial literacy for the Youth" to students ages 5-25 on behalf of an amazing national organization that has been nominated for a nobel peace prize 3 times.
Schedule : Fulltime 40 hours per week. Normal hours.
Pay Rate : $24 / hour
Primary Responsibilities :
- Implements and facilitates in-classroom and on-line programs for middle and high schools.
- Responsible for set up and facilitation of middle and high school events.
- Support recruitment of educators for financial literacy programming.
- Coordination and logistics of program delivery
- Establish and maintain great relationships with educators and school administrators.
- Facilitate orientations and training for educators.
- Incorporates best practices and follows standards and policies as indicated by agency and JA USA.
- Actively participates in 1 : 1 conversation with supervisor and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensures the timely entry of information and data into platform.
- Participate in process improvement strategies.
- Attend and participate in fundraising events.
Other :
Experience with Justice, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging a plus.
